Old fire truck
Last Friday my husband stopped for coffee and in the parking lot sat this fabulous old pumper! Isn't it a beauty?
Sign on the passenger side of the pumper
Nozzle and fire extinguisher
Knobs and gadgets
Light and bell
I wasn't the only one interested in this treasure, as you can see.
In celebration of the old and wonderful "stuff", I am connecting to Rubbish Tuesday HERE.

This is a blast from the past for me. The Township Of Scarborough hasn't been around since 1954.
what a treat to photograph! Carole, at snaphappyonline.blogspot.com
Exceptionally well care for.
Oh now that is truly a beauty. Glad you are out and about the two of you. Hug B
Great find! I'm glad it has been returned to pristine condition. WOW! Thanks for joining in.
What a fab fire engine. It reminds me of a few years ago when Stouffville hosted an antique fire truck parade along Main St and fireman's games... I think I have a video on VHS tape of the parade. YoungerSon was just a toddler.
Just beautiful!

Great shots of antique firetrucks! At our recent 4th of July parade there were many proudly displayed. Have a great day. Tom The Backroads Traveller

It's wonderful that it's being taken care of and placed where people can enjoy it. The red color looks great against the blue sky!

Sweet … looks like your husband is a kid at heart and much like the little boy you have pictured when it comes to fire trucks. :)
I posted a pic of the exact same fire truck in 2012 when it was part of the St Patrick's Day parade here! It was getting a lot of attention then too.
