Original photo, cropped a bit tight, I agree (a light above the windows was annoying!) - Anglican Church, Whitby

At first I was drawn in by the reflection of the old commercial building across the street reflecting in the windows - how they were almost mirror images of each other. Then I suddenly realized, HEY! Neat shapes!!
Cropped, drybrush, poster edges
Black and white
Inverted colour

A lovely building, great reflections adn I loved the simplicity of the B&W shot
Nicely framed reflections at that.
Truly, you have turned the scene into art. I bet the blue and orange would look great beside each other!
Cool, I love the window shape and the reflections.. Great shots. Have a happy weekend!
Shape, colour, and reflections; all perfect by themselves, but together?Wow!
Love it ! shapes and reflections are so rich and well matching here !
were none of them stained glass? Great shots all the same.
It is especially annoying when one cannot control the light!
i like all the shapes and i think the inverted brings all that out best.. those look like gargoyle heads on there to me..
Very pretty!
Great building. I liked seeing the various versions of the photo. I like the single window best.

My mind assumed I was looking at stained glass windows when I read the words Anglican church...but no, they're reflections. Very interesting and I, of course, like the way you've gotten a little artsy with he picture!
Fascinating! Nice work.
VERY cool reflections!!!
Gorgeous windows - and I like the different effects you tried on them!
You caught very well the windows and the brickwork!
I love this reflection and its fun to see all the different ways you've manipulated it!
Wow! Very interesting capture and brilliant reflection and editing in coloring!
THe shapes are really neat! I especially like this with the inverted color.
The reflection is so sharp! The windows could be mirrors. Nice work on the different effects too.
Beautiful photos and edits! I love the reflections and the arched windows. Very nice!
Wonderful, colorful captures/reflections for the day and I do love the detail you've captured -- as always!! Hope you have a lovely weekend!! Enjoy!
Cool reflections, EG!
I love the reflection in the original photo especially those leaded light windows adding to the different shapes.
I like black and white!
gros plus pour la premiere,c est tres reussi ;o)
amazing! The last image would be a lovely art piece, worthy of framing.
Cool reflection capture. And I like all your edits too.
Before I looked closely, I thought the windows had abstract geometric patterns in them. Wonderful image for Geometric Friday.
It is almost confusing because the windows look brick.
Jolly happy photos!

Brilliant EG! The second one is my favourite!
Great selection of a shot that started out beautiful to begin with. All are very fine. The inverted color is a real eye-opener.
Wow! It doesn't even look like a reflection! It looks like the windows are made of brick. What a totally awesome effect! And I love the color in the last picture that you edited, it is beautiful.
Great , such strong design, you have a 'good' eye with the camera
Hmmm. Reflections of windows in windows. Nice.
Town reflections are a great source of pictures.

Hey, I have to agree ... neat shapes. All of these pictures could stand alone. What a good eye you have (not a surprise)and you covered several posts in one ... Great job!!

Love the quote and the reflections. The shapes are great and your post recessing fun. I would have cropped the third window out of the picture.
Love the last shot.
They really are a neat shape! I like them in B&W too!
