Ha.. I see a few things, actually.. even before I read what you said. I do see a girl sitting but my first thought was someone walking with a cane.. toward the right. But now that I look at it even longer, I'm seeing a woman with shoulder length hair standing, facing the left with her hand behind her bum. Winter offers the best opportunities for pareidolia.
How nice photo, I really find the sitting shadow.

I see a woman's form, probably a magical guardian. When I taught elementary school art, I had a project where students made shadow on large paper, traced it and then painted it however they chose.

I DO see someone sitting on the ledge, with one arm down to steady herself!! I think it is poor confused Mother Nature. I'm afraid she has totally forgotten about Spring this year. I am making shapes out of the ice. The last picture, on the left almost down to the center, see the rabbit face with his big ears?
