Crabapple blossoms
Ontario has experienced record heat this week so spring has suddenly hurried along, I think a tad too fast as I haven't been able to keep up with my photos and my gardens all at the same time! I would prefer a more leisurely pace but Mother Nature had other plans.
Linden leaves
Last of the pussy willows
Red-osier dogwood leaves

Masterful shots, as always! We also had a sudden surge in temperature here, and spring looks almost like summer now...
Spring is springing. Sp pretty.
Beautiful, beautiful macros!! What is the first one? Maybe a crab apple? Everything is blooming here too. And I have to think: what will be left for summer?
I think many of us have had an amazingly early Spring this year!! Everything is blooming here too and has been for weeks!! It is a colorful world here in Oregon and I do love it!! Looks as though you're experiencing the same! Such beautiful captures, as always, I do love the macros!! Have a beautiful day!!
Your first photo is a beauty!
very pretty! Have a great day!
Yes we seem to be in summer already, EG! Too fast for the blossoms.
Crabapple blossoms, so that's what they are. They are beautiful. We're seeing the blossoms in the trees here too. I'll have to photograph them before they go, though I have no idea when I'll feature them- the tulip festival's going to be taking up some time.
It is amazing how when the plants start to grow, gosh they surely do get on and grow don't they!! xx
Beautiful photos. We had warm days and now are back to cold.
Love the first and the last shot.
Absolutely gorgeous images!
Lovely photos! Nature sure is giddy this spring.

Ours crabapples and dogwoods are long gone. We were above 80 today and warily looking at the clouds in view of all the tornados that have been around lately. I hope we continue to dodge the bullet. I'm not sure you observe Mother's Day in Canada, but if so, and if not, happy Mother's Day, Tina!
These are so sharp! And beautiful.
What a lovely selection! I'm not too fond of heat, so I enjoyed the cold spring. Seems to be gone, oh well.
I do like the photo of the Dogwood leaves!
Your photos inspire!

The crabapple blossoms are delightful. Your dogwood is quite different than the ones I have in my West Hartford yard. I have the original (cornus florida) and two newer ones (kousa) but neither looks like that.
It's lovely to see different colors on the leaves.
Great collection, its amazing what a blast of sunshine and heat can do to accelerate growth!
I remember Ontario springs as being very short. Hope you enjoyed it. Summer is here!!!
I love the crabapple blossoms!
Fabulous!
Amazing photos! Love the light too!
It has been warm, until today!!!!
Love your close-ups!
Fabulous trees and the linden leaves on my young tree look just like this now...
Mother Nature has her own timetable, that's for sure. Beautiful flowers -- and memories for me (cuz it just goes from cooler summer to hotter summer here, no spring).
I bet these make you really happy! Lovely macros!
The focus is excellent in these! Great pics.
How lovely!
