Lovely photos - the greening of the marsh seems to be a quiet scene with peaceful ripples reaching out to the viewer. Please come by http://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2015/05/textures.html and link up for this week's Wordless Wednesday (on Tuesday). Hope you'll drop by each week!
Now this is making me want to go somewhere to look for turtles...and I have too much stuff to do tomorrow. And I think Sunday we are supposed to get rain!
East Gwillimbury is a rural town less than an hour north of Toronto, Canada's largest city.
My family calls me CameraGirl because I take my camera with me wherever I go.

Love the green emerging and also how the turtle finds a small rock on which to sunbathe!

Nice to see green is finally returning to your neck of the woods. Great images!
I've been waiting to see the wet spots green up around here, the rushes are still quite brown. But it's hot, and very dry so that might be a reason.
Love the turtle popping out for some sunshine.
