You say da fence and I say de trellis who's can say and who's gonna tell us I'd say it's OK if it's call a fence and you won't go to hell for calling it a trellis. :)
at one time, there were no fence, we walked to our neighbors house. In New Zealand, my house has fence, but no gate. Neighbors can still walk to my house.
East Gwillimbury is a rural town less than an hour north of Toronto, Canada's largest city.
My family calls me CameraGirl because I take my camera with me wherever I go.

You could have fooled us all! I hope there will be some nice vines or roses on this "fence" later in the season.
Haha! You just couldn't fib hey EG :) I'd call it a flower fence!
it is a fence of sorts, separating part of a flower garden from another part.
It looks like the start of a fence at least.

I am sure it is pretty with the vines blooming.. Clematis or roses would be lovely there. Have a happy day!
we can call it the fence that time forgot, as in they forgot to finish it. beautiful
Wel I think it is a short fence and people use it to grow things up! But then, as you know, I am a 'out of the box' fence specialist!!!
It's a fence. Call it a stand alone fence. Lovely white against the green.
Love this backdrop fence. I would love this in my garden. Great shot. Would love to see it with blooms trailing through the grid.
Have a nice day.

Oh yes, the fence is beautiful.
Ha! I still like it!
Well I'd call it a fence. How far does a fence have to go to be a fence? Looks pretty fine to me.
It's fencing in the wild plants.
sneaky but it works! :)
Trellis though it might be, it makes for a lovely shot!
It's not cheating if you give away the secret!
;-)
It looks "fence-y" enough. I think it counts! :)
Yep, it does look "fence-y" enough for me, too!! Great shot and composition as always!! Hope you're getting ready for a great weekend!!
It can be a fence! I don't see why not.
Looks like a fence to me. A trellis is a fence of sorts. This one is lovely.

It looks fencey to me, EG! Frost tomorrow night I bet!
I like it all the same!
Nevertheless, it can be used as a fence! Pretty! Love that tall green grass in front.
It's a lovely garden backdrop.
'Fence' or not, it is a gorgeous photo. I love the yellowish-green tinge at the bottom!
Have a Super Day, Tina!!
Peace :)
Cheat! :-) But it's lovely!!!
I like your 'not a fence'. :)
If Tex says it works for her, then it is okay. I like it.
It is a very pretty (mini) fence!! xx
You're so funny!
It counts perfectly well as a fence. I would love to have a trellis like this, and the a big rambling rose climbing it up.
I would say it counts!
It counts as a fence.
Very nice.
I think it does a good job subbing for a fence!

Beautiful photo of the fence, enjoyable contrast!
Beautiful, I think this is a very litlle fence, but a fence anyway :)
It still looks like a fence, albeit a mini one!
A lovely backdrop fence
It's a great shot! I do think it is perfectly fitting for Good Fences.
