Oh, I love the driftwood and what terrific captures -- as always!! And, as always, your captures never fail to amaze me!! Hope your weekend is going well!! Enjoy!!
Smashing pictures, when I look closely at the wood I can see all kinds of thing. In the first picture the wood looks like a skull of a prehistoric animal..
I was in a "yard shop" yesterday which offered a variety of tables and chairs made out of driftwood. The selection was quite beautiful although it wouldn't fit into our decor.
East Gwillimbury is a rural town less than an hour north of Toronto, Canada's largest city.
My family calls me CameraGirl because I take my camera with me wherever I go.

Interesting shots.Driftwood has so much inters on its own and then the shadows add the perfect element.
I would be wanting to take that first one home. I don't know what I would do with it here, but I would want it;-)
I love the first shot.
Shadows under the sun.
Wonderful light and shadows!
My mother loved driftwood- the texture on these is remarkable.
we love beaches, all types of beaches, and that first driftwood is really a great piece of wood..

I love how you can find shapes in driftwood!
I hope you brought it home?!
Driftwood certainly does have character. Lovely images.
You know there is something about driftwood that makes even its shadows attractive. Great eye.
Beautiful browns.
Love your driftwood shots. I'm looking forward to a day at the beach this weekend!
