Wildflowers

 Wild rose

A few early summer wildflowers are blooming  in sunny spots. I do love the wild roses!

 Purple vetch

Purple vetch is not nice to have invade a garden but I do like its vining habit in a meadow.

Ox-eye daisy

And ox-eye daisies are spring up along the roadsides.

Beautiful....love your capture of the vetch. And the daisy is beautiful. We were passing through the strip pits last night and there was a clump of the daisies that I would have liked to photo graph but it was so late there just was not enough light.

Beautiful wildflower photos. I pulled out some vetch in the garden on Saturday. The daisies and roses aren't blooming yet here but the lupin are just starting.

Invasives can be pretty - oh, well. I absolutely love the wild rose. I think there is a town in the Midwest called Wild Rose.

I love wildflowers. We have lots of them here in New Zealand that grow so well they are considered a problem.
