Model A Ford

 1930 Model A Ford

Yep, this is a breakdown on an East Gwillimbury street. Luckily the owner lived only a block away. And he was kind enough to let me take a photo.

Sepia version

Much prefer that color shot. What a marvelous car.

That is a well-loved car. The old cars might have more personality, but I will take the current safer and nearly breakdown-free modern cars.

I imagine breakdowns kind of come with the territory with those great old cars! It's a beauty that's for sure.

I love that soft yellow color.

So did you grab a wrench and jump in on the repair also?

Anvilcloud said...

Well, that was a lucky break for you ... so to speak.

That is a fine looking Model A. Fortunately they are fairly simple cars so I'm sure the owner got it going again with little trouble.

The color version with the red hat, yellow body and wheels and the stripes of color in the background is pretty irresistible though the sepia tones are nice, too.
