Often farmers will move their livestock from one grazing place to another to allow the former lot to regrow, although these appear to be rather small and would not support very many grazers for any length of time. I'm sure there's a good reason for all the fences and with the angle you captured they make a very interesting landscape.
I love that. The contrasting colors and the shape of the fences, very cool.
