Often farmers will move their livestock from one grazing place to another to allow the former lot to regrow, although these appear to be rather small and would not support very many grazers for any length of time. I'm sure there's a good reason for all the fences and with the angle you captured they make a very interesting landscape.
A glorious sky it is indeed, EG!! And a terrific capture as always!! I do love your composition -- as always!! Hope you're getting ready for a wonderful weekend!! Enjoy!!
For some reason, when I first saw this photo, I burst out singing "What a Wonderful World." That was an hour ago and the cats still have not come out from under the bed!
Great shot - such a wonderful rural scene. I hope to see you at http://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2015/08/bennett-place-bit-of-history.html, and please join us each week for Wordless Wednesday (on Tuesday)!
East Gwillimbury is a rural town less than an hour north of Toronto, Canada's largest city.
My family calls me CameraGirl because I take my camera with me wherever I go.
