Hey, it's Tuesday in Minnesota!

Beautiful water lily - Claude Monet would have liked it, too!

The water lily is beautiful but the reflection makes it gorgeous!

It may be the last, but it is definitely a beauty! You did a wonderful job of capturing the reflection as well. Double beauty.

The slender water-lily
Peeps dreamingly out of the lake;
The moon, oppress'd with love's sorrow,
Looks tenderly down for her sake.

Book of Songs--New Spring

It may be the last bloom of the summer, but the photo will comfort us for a long time!

How beautiful. My daughter is currently growing her own lily pads in a small plastic bowl on my kitchen island (the kit was a gift from grandma) but I can't imagine they'll flower in a small bowl and I can't leave standing water around in a bucket outside to help them grow larger (mosquito hazard).

Excellent colors and reflection.

Don't pay any attention to Hagen in Minnesota. Every day is Tuesday to him!

Lovely, and the soft brokeh at the back makes it even gentler. Lots of things happening in it too!
