Whitby Harbour/Weekend Reflections

December reflection in golden afternoon light

I was out photographing ducks - mergansers, I think - when I noticed this gorgeous reflection.

Once again I love the lines, the pier posts, the fence. The colors are fantastic.

I love the sinuous, almost-oily reflections. Those colors are marvelous. Hope your weekend is a good one!

I do not use the adjective "awesome" often, but these two shots are definitely awesome. No other word can describe them. The movement and color in the second one about knocks your sock off they are so pretty. It makes me think of gold oil paint floating atop the beautiful blue water. Kudos to you on two wonderful captures. genie
