Nature Notes

Morning after a night of snow

Snowplows were out early make sure roads were cleared for school buses and people trying to get to work.

I love how it looks after a snowfall, tho I too don't have to leave my comfy warm home after it falls.

Let one flake fall in this county and they close the schools. These are impressive photos an sosososo pretty. The forecast says we are going to get up to a foot of wet heavy snow tomorrow night...keeping my fingers crossed. Glad you liked the Aristotle quote.When I found it today, I felt like I had hit the jackpot. If only as children and young adults we could get it. Life would have been so less frustrating at times. genie

It's s-o-o-o beautiful, but it makes me thing that spring is a very long way off for you! I came across blooming crocus yesterday, and the daffodil buds are swelling here.

Just had to tell you...the snow has been coming down great guns for several hours now. NO SCHOOL TOMORROW!! Our school buses will NOT run :-) genie
