What makes me think this robin has had too many fermented mountain ash (rowan) berries?
And here's a BONUS photo for Ruby Tuesday, ;-) A sugar maple with orange-red leaves. Happy Ruby Tuesday!

I'm guessing he fell out of the tree.
I did see a robin, like this, today, playing with a feather. He would toss it and then with wings flapping, go get it and toss it again.
In all my lifetime I never saw any bird playing with a feather and having as much fun as this one was having. I thought it was an insect of some kind and grabbed a camera and went out. All I found (he left) was this lonesome feather. Wet from his mouth.
Ahh, he made a deposited on your Car? Whatever, he and the tree are lovely.
Lovely photos with lovely reds!

Maple trees!!! the best when red trees are talked about! Beautiful!
Oh, that tree! I have oohed and aahed all day long over the trees, and this one is just so beautiful, too!
These are great and I like all of that red. :-)
Wow, real beautiful (and red) fall shots !
I do enjoy the sharpness and accuracy of your photos.
How do you manage to post such big pics. Mine always come one quarter you your size no matter how may pixels the original uploaded picture has.
I know I have a lot to learn.
Canada' Sugar Maples are a one the nature's 7 wonders.
From Felisol.
Those berries! That sugar maple! Incredible shots, EG! Happy Ruby Tuesday! Mr. Linky is up now... :)
funny thought and Gorgeous tree
Maybe the fermented berries to the robin are taking hold, and a nap might be in order.
Love the Ontarian foliage!
love the tree...♥♥
Happy Ruby Tuesday!!

Love those red leaves! No wonder Canada chose the red maple leag to adorn the national flag!
Hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving, what a glorious weekend it was !
That robin does look rather unsteady!
Gorgeous sugar maple. We don't have that many colorful trees here in the fall...just a few.
Wow, just breathtaking - both of them! What a real Ruby Tuesday treat you gave us today.
An inebriated robin and a gorgeous maple tree, perfect! BJ
So glad your shots have such tremendous clarity, wish I knew how you mamage it. Do you get the birds drunk on purpose so they are too groggy to fly away? It's a puzzlemnt.
I've been doing some Stephen Leacock maths: if A, the bird ate 6tippsy B berries then it follows that C would certainly be wobbly. Therefore, how many leaves are on the maple tree?
Maybe the robin is wondering which berries to eat? ;p
That sugar maple is sure pretty. We don't have any like that here. In fact until late November or later we don't have any trees that change their leaf colors.
Happy Ruby Red Tu, and stay away from the drunken robins. :-)
..
Wow! Just GORGEOUS photos!
Super posts for Ruby Tuesday. Those berries! And I love the sunset photo down a bit. Wow! No wonder you received so many comments. I also posted leaves for RT so come look if you have a chance.

Love the red of those berries in contrast with the colours of the robin!
