Moody Lake/ Watery Wednesday

The weather was still warm and the leaves still on the trees, so we drove north to Lake Simcoe. The morning had been beautiful,

OOPS! Maybe we should have checked the weather forecast first. ;-)

I like those clouds, and the water together. Looks like you might get wet.

Hope you didn't get wet for Watery Wednesday, but the weather did make for a pretty picture.

Did you make it back to the car before getting wet? It looks like it was about to rain any minute.

We never know if the weather is going to be good for our photos. It sets the mood for us, it worked out for you even if the day didn't seem great.

at least the lake's still liquid, not solid!
and I hope it will still be liquid when we get home in 11 days time!

That lake does look moody for sure.

I was peeking at your other posts and I absolutely love that barn photo you did in black and white. That is one very stunning shot! It is worthy of framing.
