The Two of Us/ Camera Critters

Having a friendly chat over the fence

Such lovely report, the two of us enjoying the late February sunshine together. The bovine was all ears, enthralled by everything I said.

But look at those nosy neighbours in the background eavesdropping!

I've *always* been captivated by your every word, so I can understand how the cow feels! :)

Having a nice chat over the fence reminds me of Wilma Flintstone and Betty Rubble. :)

Love the pretty red coat!

She is lovely. I guess cows out there are so nourished and so fluffy. Ours here are thin and sort of has only short hairs. :) And yeah, she is so attentive to what ur telling her.

Come by to meet my Hogan!

I like this youngster. Curious like all young ones. Hard to accept that he will end up on a McDonald's hamburger bun. Maybe not.

Wow---you have alot of talents. Talking 'cow talk' is a real gift... AND---I'll bet that cow is really listening--as opposed to many of us humans.
Hugs,
Betsy

So beautiful. I like the subject and the atmosphere that the photograph portrays.

In reference to you question about the elk: Their hair has excellent insulating qualities and they spend as much time as possible in areas sheltered from the wind. They also prefer sunny areas when possible. All in all they do not seem to suffer from the cold.

Ooh, he/she looks so soft & wonderful!

That is one shaggy cow! But I guess in that climate you kinda have to be. She really does look like she's hanging on every word.
