Awesome...
My entry this week: in HERE. I hope that you can stop by as well. Thanks
Oh wow!! There is something so magical about Peacocks. Look at that shimmery blue. Neat job. MB
Great shot! beautiful, no wonder he is so proud!
My goodness - WHAT a glorious bird! It is a wonder these birds can survive, with all that stash and finery and decorations! And that little "thing" on his head! Maybe he is developing a tiara? :)
Great shots of this wonder of nature!
Some great captures, here. Yes, he does look regal.
Wow! What a show off!And the third shot is stunning!
You did a great job of capturing his best side! I'm back with tales to tell.
Wow, what a tail/tale!
They're beautiful! A few weeks ago I went looking for some peacocks I knew about but they had been moved out of the neighborhood. Lucky you.
This is why they say "Proud as a Peacock"! Magnificent.
wow! the most elegant birds, love it..
Wow! Should I say more! Always a pleasure to come here! Have a great weekend!
Great pictures of magnificent birds (although I always think that those little feathers on their head make them look a bit silly close up).
I think those are the best peacock pictures I've ever seen. That includes my own!
The male birds have more colours that the male humans! I'm all grey :-)
Magnificent photos!
GORGEOUS photos! Peacocks are SO majestic, and you really did him good! lol Beautiful!
EG: I must say that is one showy bird strutten his stuff.
AMAZING! The first one is my favorite!!! :)
Wonderful shots!
So nice that he spread his feathers for you. The closeup of his head is really nice - I never noticed they were so blue.
My post is here: Carletta’s Captures.
You got some beautiful shots. I am so jealous! The only peacock I ever got a photo of was at the Portland Zoo but they ahve removed all peacocks that strutted the grounds out of cages because one "attacked" a kid that "bothered it."
Just gorgeous shots!
Thats her with all the beauty and grandeur!!!
Absoloutly gorgeous !!!!
A friend of mine has peacocks that run around her yard. I am so looking forward to getting some shots of them with my 35mm SLR.
very regal and I can hear his voice now - look at me look at me - I'm strutting my stuff hah Sandy
What a gorgeous animal. I haven't seen a peacock in years. I love it when they shake their booty and vibrate those feathers. Great shots.
You have to admit they are one handsome bird! That blue just cannot be duplicated.
Lovely shots! Amazing how such regal looking creatures can make an incredible sharp, raucous sound when there is an "intruder" to their world. I used to have 2 peacocks on my property in Tasmania and they used to make these harsh sounds when anyone drove up the driveway!
he is regal!
Beautiful bird, beautiful photos. Love the last one particularly!
Nebraska Birding
That color is gorgeous. I think in the 2nd photo, his feathers are shimmering.
B.
Wow this guy is amazing. Great capture, so amazing!
These pictures are just plain out gorgeous!!!
Beautiful shots! The OKC Zoo has an albino male that I would die to catch in full spread, but he's playing coy.
His tail looks like a lot of eyes are looking at me.
Oh boy! Its awsome but he looks like he bites.
Wow!!! What a display.
The peacocks I saw at Shakespear park last Saturday have their feathers trimmed, (naturally) I did not see them open up their tails.
That Peacock is gorgeous, lovely shots.
How awesome! He certainly provides you with a great photo subject. He's gorgeous.
