Gorgeous in Mono now I want to see it in color. So beautiful. MB
It looks almost like snow! what a creative shot. I too, would like to see the color version.
Fantastic! Now that makes three of us that want to see it in color.
I would never have thought of doing a b&w shot of this but it's perfect!
Stunning stuff you have done here.
That looks like SNOW instead of blooms, EG. Beautiful picture.
Hugs,
Betsy
I have visions of cider dancing through my head.
Beautiful - almost a scene from Herefordshire though the barn gives the lie to that.
Nature at it's best, lovely....
(the bee's did a good job on mine it is full of baby apples)
So beautiful. My immediate thought: I wonder if I'll be eating an apple from one of these trees in the fall?
Graceful, lacy photo!
Lovely scene, but I think it would be nicer in colour! And I love the trilliums in the previous post. Where did you go to see such a carpet of flowers?
Oh this is so lovely, EG! Soon APPLES! :)
Simply gorgeous. I always think these lovely barns should be seen in colour, but you proved me so wrong.
When I saw the thumbnail of this shot in my sidebar blogroll I thought it was snow. Very nice b&w! I enjoyed your Camera Critter post also, he is a devilish looking little critter :)
Gorgeous mono!!! :)
I joined MonoManiacs today ;)
Have a great week!
Anna
This really works for me in black and white. A very familiar scene in my neck of the woods, as well. I know that a barn is red, I pass by not less than 8 on my commute to work each day!
WOW! A wonderful spring picture!
Just perfect with the barn in the background.
This is wonderful!
Wonderful! Could be a shot from a Kentish orchard - apart from the barn in the background.
Beautiful shot. The apple blossoms almost look like snow.
What a wonderful monochrome picture.
This is a stunning monochrome. I like that you got a little of the barn to give the apple trees a little contrast in the background.
Oh this always beautiful blog :-))
I can feel that it is doning something with mee..., and i love the feeling of yoour pictures.
Have a nice day, love from Anne
I have grown accustomed to think of flowers in colour only. I have now changed my mind.
Beautiful gorgeous scene!
i'd love to have a picture there. very pretty.
oh no looks like heaven. great shot.
Wow, look at the blossoms on those trees. Very interesting in black and white. I like. :-)
So pretty .. so perfect!
I can just imagine the sweet smell.
Me too! I mean -- I want to see the comparisons. This is very interesting shot with the barn and trees. . . I would never have tought to do it as monochrome. . .
Nice monochrome.Good composition.
I think I should participate today.
Very pretty shot of the blossoming trees.
Lovely shot, i like how you have the barn on it as well.
I had not seen this one, really beatiful!
Wonderful post!
Your felling replace the colours!
Thanks for sharing.
Luiz
Blooming apple trees are amazing, so nice and beautiful.
Shammickite,
These were in Whitchurch=Stouffville...Ballantrae, actually. But there are masses like these in the York Regional Forest, Durham Regional Forest, northern East Gwillimbury...anywhere there are undisturbed deciduous forests.
Your photograph is so beautiful, stunning! Thank you very much for sharing.
