Crabapple trees are part of my childhood memories...climbing in a neighbor's yard to swipe one on the way to school...
Great fun. Beautiful shot!
Dear friend!
Just this beautiful flower brings "joy"to my week! Fabulous shot! Well done, it's perfect!
Léia
I'm still stunned by how far ahead your spring is compared to ours. Beautiful colours in this shot.
I feel crabby, oh so crabby, crabby and pink and...Or something like that. judi
oh, Beautiful pink blossom.
What a beautiful macro of the apple blossoms! It's a shame it's known as a 'crab'apple!
They are gorgeous, EG... We had a crabapple tree in our yard in Virginia when I was a child. Mom would make Crabapple Jellly... SO good. Haven't had any since leaving home.
Hugs,
Betsy
I have never seen a crabapple. Wonder how it looks like but the flowers are pretty.
I don't feel crappy anymore...thanks a lot!
Love any Apple Blossom. Crab apple trees are the best pollinators for other apple trees.
My computer has been very crabby all day and it wasn't until this evening I could get out to see others blogs. MB
Such delicate blooms. So lovely.
Love your picture..great shot!!
Our Crabapple trees will be blooming soon.
Feeling much better now! ;-)
The fruit blossom is a little ahead in upstate NY, my apple tree is still in bud.
Gosh those are beautiful blossoms and the previous post was fabulous too.
Gorgeous!! Both this and the monochrome apple blossoms! I love the way you can see the veining in the petals!! I took a gazillion photos of them here, so will post them over the next week.
The light play on your shot is just gorgeous!
Those are lovely! Great color and great shot!
