I have found down through the years that often people refer to roasting marshmallows over a fire as some of their most pleasant childhood memories!

A very entertaining and warm-hearted photo, EG!

The boys seem to be enjoying themselves.Roasted marshmellows are yummie. I don't know why some of my kids liked them burnt, but they did. Great capture.

Nice photo. roasting marshmallows always brings up good memories. Like burned fingers, burned marshmallows, crying kids because their marshmallow fell off the stick into the fire. Such wonderful memories. LOL MB

Oh I love it! Captured their concentration and that smoke perfectly. RYC: That maple syrup was amazing! They lhad little shot glasses with four different grades of "liquid gold" from light to black. WoW!

I hope his marshmallow didn't drop into the fire, EG! I think I can smell the aroma of a burning fire... :)

Hi!
I love roasted marshmallows! Nothing like the taste anywhere that I've found anyway! A great way to make lots of fun memories. Have a great day!

I was just the other night looking at some old photos of the girls and a boy or two having a fire outside. I think they had been having marshmellows but not sure...at least in one of them.

I still love to have a fire outside...sit and talk and have a hot dog roasted over the fire....that is about the only way I like a hot dog.
