What a delightful, fantastic capture! I love those marching mallards! Wonderful reflections and such a great big smile for the morning! Have a wonderful weekend! Stay warm!
Someone looked at me once and said, "Jesus Christ!"
Wow! I thought that was pretty cool, so I went down to the lake and tried to walk on water. Didn't work! Maybe if I had waited until it froze.
Then again, maybe I ain't J.C. You think?
Cute shot!
And re your comment on Stone Creek: As I recall, it was the beginning of a perfect day and I took that photo from the golf course.
Which reminds me that yesterday I played golf with Les and Jackie. Les and Jackie live in Ontario in a town about an hours drive west of Toronto. They are kinda old. Like me. They were very nice. Unlike me. But we got along great and had a fun time. They didn't know where East Gwillimbury was. That was disappointing! They come down here every winter for three months.
East Gwillimbury is a rural town less than an hour north of Toronto, Canada's largest city.
My family calls me CameraGirl because I take my camera with me wherever I go.

I don't think I would have seen that one. Good shot.
He looks as if he's stepping somewhat gingerly. But it is a wonderful picture.
Such a great capture of them on the ice.

One duck is tiptoeing and dancing ballet!
Cool!
Nice capture....wonder if they ever slip on the ice>
You would think their feet get cold, but it doesn't seem to bother them. Nice reflections!
Have a great weekend :-)
Ow, cold. Ow, cold. Ow, cold.
That duck is certainly strutting - and the reflection makes me smile!
If it walks like a duck, its reflection is a duck, too.

That photo is priceless. I think he believes he's in charge.
Love the reflection and the fact that the ducks as well as humans love to skate!
The colors are just beautiful in this shot.
What an adorable capture of this marching mallard... with is wonderful reflection on the beach.
They look surprised to be on dry land...
Love how some feathers of the mallard are upfright suggesting that the little one is treading gingerly on thin ice! And a great reflection!
Ouch, ouch, ouch, ouch!
Walking on water? I knew ducks were close to God!
Thanks
