Frozen creek in East Gwillimbury
Ice and new fallen snow create an inviting scene. One of the joys of living in a village far from the rest of civilization is that whenever you need to go shopping, my camera clamors to be taken along. OK. OK. Maybe it's not my camera making all that noise but that voice inside my head that wants to take my camera.

I take a camera everywhere I go also. Lucky for us you had your camera handy to take this photo.
Thanks that you are always prepared to take beautiful pictures!
This one is precious!
Léia :)
I take my camera along most of the time, but whenever i do, I don't see anything I want to photograph. But if I leave it at home, I immediately see 2 or 3 scenes that really scream out for me to take a picture!
What a lovely view. I'm glad your camera clamors to go everywhere with you.

It's good your camera bugs you to go along. Look at all the wonderful shots you would have missed but instead posted for us to see! I love little streams like this!
That's a keeper. Very nice.
After spending most of my winter shoveling snow, I am not a fan of it. But it does make for beautiful photographs.
Haha, your voice inside is echoing within your camera!
Quite a contrast from yesterday's post! But just as beautiful.
very pretty . . . I spent the weekend driving through a pretty substantial winter storm.
I take my camera always sometimes the P&S is almost handy to me...great photo here EG.
So pretty. Too cold here too in the Bay ARea that our peaks received more than a dusting of snow.
I take my point and shoot everywhere I go too.
Happy Tuesday.
Of course it is your camera making all the 'I wanna come too' noises. It would be pretty sad sitting all alone at home.
Very pretty shot.
I have returned from my jaunt to the ranch in Ritzville. More calves and more to come. MB
I'm glad your camera (or the voice in your head) clamors to be taken along whenever you go out. This is a beautiful wintry scene.
That's a beautiful scene. One needs to listen to that voice and always take the camera.I know I'm usually sorry when I don't.
I'd be over in a jiffy if I could. My body, soul and heart need this tranquillity.
I take my camera most places too. This looks a lovely scene
This is lovely, with all the different vegetation. The reeds look beautiful in their frozen state.
well I'm glad your camera clamors to be taken along. the light is so fantastic, as only late Winter light can be. more fresh snow on the ground in my world today too. a frozen magical spot that will soon be a distant memory because Spring is just around that corner :)
Even in the city, my camera always wants to come along! Nice shot.
I am soooooo glad you take your camera everywhere. . . otherwise, there would not be much snow for me this winter. . . BUT we might get a bit of snow tomorrow or sometime later this week . . . hope hope
a lovely wintry scene!
Such a quiet, peaceful photo! I can almost taste the fresh, crisp, clean air!
lol, sure the camera has to go with us at all times. :) But right now, I have to admit, I refuse to take more icy shots. After 4 months of snow it is enough!
So peaceful and quiet. It's a lovely photograph. So glad you had your camera so that you could share this scenic place with us. :)
If I was passing pretty scenes I would go shopping more often )with my camera)
This is a wonderful shot, EG....one of those places I would have totally loved as a kid.
haha. same here. my camera is with me wherever I go. your photo is just lovely.
The Swan and Its Double
Beautiful but makes me shiver just to look at it. My camera talks to me too!
Can't believe it...more snow? But it helps when you have such talent to choose the right settings for a great pic:)
Linda foto! Nunca vi um rio congelado, só por foto. A sua está bem real! Obrigada por compartilhar!
Lovely shades of white.
This is another one of your magical shots. it is like a fairy tale land which makes me dream happy thoughts. Lovely...beautiful...serene.
That is so lovely and peaceful looking.
One of the nice things about being one of the last to comment is that I can say, I agree with everyone!
You should always take your camera; you take beautiful photographs; this is a beautiful wintry photo which makes me glad I live in Florida. No offense. ;-)
Such a lovely photo! As an Ontario girl who long ago moved to soggy Vancouver, I will always miss the sweet, singular beauty of light bouncing off snow. This photo made my day...:)

Cold but pretty shot. Happy WW!
mine is here
Be prepared. You must have been a scout. It is a nice and peaceful spot.
That's pretty enough to be a Christmas card. Gorgeous.
Stunning capture.
i like this photo...interesting textures. i don't leave the house without my p & s.:p i even took a photo of my friend at the ER recently (well, she was already feeling better when i took the shot :P).
A wonderful shot and I don't blame the camera or head or whatever for wanting to come along when there are sights like this around.
It looks great but lets work on Mother Nature to give birth once more to a new child, Spring.
What a pretty, PRETTY scene.
INCOMING!! -ocean wave action Plus a dolphin
Do stop by, if you have time, to visit - hope your day is terrific.
I took my camera out to take a picture of a tree covered in ice and then a layer of snow. It was beautiful. Unfortunately, there was ice under the 6 inches of snow and I fell backwards on my shoulders and head. My camera crashed into the ground. Although stiff and sore, I survived, my camera didn't. I had to go out and get myself one of those newfangled ones, with the lenses and all. Oh darn! Now if I can just figure out how to use it.
so lovely photos love it, have a nice day following you from WW

It is magical. The hint of pink in the sky looks so pretty.
Very nice scenery - but it looks so cold!
Sometimes I would just rather leave the camera home, but that voice is in my head too.
Thank goodness I am not alone with this ^_^ Sometimes I have doubt if I have to take a photo or not, I am afraid security men might approach me and throw me outside lol! Great capture thanks for sharing!
