There is something very peaceful about a sailboat on the water.
Sailing with ski hills in the background. Nice shot.
the photo came out really great which is not always the case when it is cloudy.
There's something about the way the sails are twisted that caught my eye. You know I've been thinking "boat" lately :-)

This is a very appealing sailboat shot. Nice capture of this angle of the sails. Thanks for moving over to Aminus3 to see my pictures. I've been on this blog for a long time. The most interesting aspect of it is the number of visitors from all around the world.

regarding your previous post, I saw the Pinta and the Nina in Charleston S.C. a few years ago, they were tied to the dock between two enormous naval ships.... a battleship and an aircraft carrier I think.... so tiny to be crossing the big bad Atlantic!
Must be so peaceful out on the water with no engine noises...
Now that gets me nervous ^_^

I spent many summers in a sailboat and taught my girls as soon as they could swim... There is something totally peaceful about sailing and with a small boat like this you can manage by yourself.
