One side of leopard frog
This guy or gal is sitting in a sandy spot at the side of a creek. I think the frog (a leopard frog, I think) is pretty well camouflaged, especially when seen from a bit further away.

Added later: my apologies. This is a frog not a toad. OOPS!

Maybe there's a charming prince under that skin..
He/she is a colorful frog. Great find and photos.
Toad of Toad Hall, I have the audio cd in the car player at the moment. Great photo.
so cute, actually I would vote for A for adorable.
Okay, so, did you try kissing him? He's quite handsome as a toad, can you imagine how handsome he would be as a prince?
isn't that a frog? he's beautiful!
Fantastic shots.
Guy dresses quite stylish! :)
God bless you!

That is one cool toad!
Interesting catch! I am surprised it did not move away after you got the first shot. Definitely a camoflauge body!
A great shot of this little guy. I am also surprised that he was still long enough for a photo.
He is a cammo cuty. The frogs down by my pond go splash splash into the pond from the edge went one approaches and we don't even see them. MB
This toad looks so clean and colorful, normally i see them as scary or slimy and dirty-looking. lovely shot.
Nice outfit, this toad has... the hints of green go so well with the new green shoots in its environment. :-)
What a lovely prince in disguise :-)
He's pretty interesting to see close up. I sort of like his "suit". :)
What a beautiful critter. So colorful I'll bet it blends in almost anywhere it needs to be.
What frog?
S/he was probably relying on camouflage to keep you from seeing him/her/it.
Fun frog fotos, however.

What a cute little frog. I'll bet he/she would be hard to spot from a distance. You got some great shots!
