I love the "Welcome" sign...of course they'll stick around a community like that!!
The first I notice is that original house! So special and beautiful! And of course the river with the ducks! :)

i enlarged the photo to see if the sign said Welcome Ducks. HA HA, i like that first photo, and as i looked at it i was wondering if I had the nerve to step out on the balcony?
Of course they should be - what are waters like these without the birds around?

That building must be a prime spot in Barrie - who would ever leave? Great reflection.

And I like the welcome sign for the ducks.
The building by the waterway is an interesting colour and the balconies are like added features protruding quite geometrically! But the welcome sign for the ducks is novel! Great idea! Beautiful subtle reflections too!
