Water takes on so many different characteristics and forms. It's a well-composed photo with water as the main focus...nice job!

It has been a mild winter--but I've been glad after last years eternal winter.
It's very pretty like this but I suppose that frozen would mean normal...
This is more what i would expect than the ice in yesterday's pic!

Lake Simcoe is a much deeper lake than Lake Scugog. :)
The water may be unfrozen in parts, but gosh it looks cold there!

Gorgeous shot, the light is just amazing, and those blues, just make me cold looking at it.
I think I'd like to buy that house in the background. Could you check it out for me and see if the owners would come down a million or two? What a vista! Wow. Oh, I'd probably get up thataway only in the summertime. I don't know why.

That's a BIG lake.
Looks cold tho...even if the water remains thawed. Wow...what a gorgeous setting. I could be in a cabin right now, on the shores of the lake with a huge window...and a fire in the fireplace...with a scene like this.

This may be a beautiful spot but BRRRRRRR...it looks to be very cold. Love the ice on the water. We do not get much of that here where we live, but hope to see some this weekend when we go to a state park to celebrate my 73rd. genie
