This license plate makes me wonder how many cats the owner of this car has. Any guesses?

If it were my plate one cat would be too many... no I don't hate cats just terribly allergic!!!
However many cats there are, they have their human staff at their beck and call
I could do with that on my back gate - all the neighbourhood cats congregate in my back yard, probably they realise it's a dog- and children-free zone.
2many, maybe, to renew that license plate for another year? ;-)
