There is something compelling about a round gazebo to me. Or a round bandstand.

I love gazebos, and the wholesome, old-fashioned atmosphere they create. ;-)

Perfect photo for sepia..

I love gazebos. I want one in my backyard :D

It's amazing the results any subject gets with sepia toning. Amazing.

Mine is up here: http://ewok1993.wordpress.com

Love the gazebo but I am now wondering what it looks like in color. . . and if it has a bench or two?

Love this gazebo, EG! The sepia/gray tone is very unusual and attractive! :)

This is a great sepia image! I wonder if it is something I would have liked much at all in color...it is amazing what doing something in sepia or B&W will do for it.

The gazebo has a timeless quality about its style. The detailed hexagon shape wears well for any fun thing - a big band on the stage with couples dancing below. Nice!

Lovely sepia! And aren't gazebos fun to shoot?

That is such a neat shot. I would that one moved down by my pond and I would sleep in at. MB

What a beautiful sepia picture. It certainly takes us back to a time when we could expect to hear a band concert.

I saw this and was whisked back to my childhood, I was sitting in my local park with my mum and dad.. brothers and sister. There was a brass band playing and everyone was happy just to be there.. what memories this picture as given me.. Thank you.

This is a very special photo! It reminds me of long ago when gazebos were often used for concerts. Yet it's too sharp for an old picture. Great shot!

Like a scene from an old movie, and I am still looking for Clark Gable in the picture :-)) so nice.

Now that is something to have around! If I had had room for it. Perfect for this meme.

PS It is a small floating quay with a parked gangway. I have another picture of it here. I have used a pola-filter.

This lovely gazebo translates very well into sepia. It reminds me of a family pavilion my Ex's family had/has up on the lake in New Hampshire. Many a family gathering was held under that roof in days gone by!

well done--it looks like an antique, which I'm sure it is. Hope you can stop by to see my sepia scene and window views Thanks!
