December picnic/Weekend Reflections

Picnic, anyone?

Lately the skies have been dull and grey...but when the sun has peeked through, the reflections have been wonderful. Notice there was a thin layer of ice but no snow.

Bundled up in warm clothing, a picnic would be fun. Great reflections.

These are both wonderful pictures - love the reflections in the 2nd one but I think it would be too cold to picnic. Golf, maybe!

Although the color and light in these photos are marvelous, I think I'll wait a few months before having a picnic there.

Wow, the colors on the first shot are very compelling... The light is perfect... Great place indeed for a picnic, but preferably next summer... I have a bad cold today, and I doesn't want it to get worst !!!

I like a winter picnic if the sun is out and the wind is calm. Fabulous reflection!

You prove that stepping out into the cold can have its rewards. I like the evocation of summer the picnic table represents.

The lovely hues of orange make the photos feel much warmer than they probably were when they were shot!
