Whitby Docks/Weekend Reflections

Empty docks and their reflections

I like the colours and all the lines here. This was taken in mid December when there was still no ice.

Nice, reflections, horizontal lines, vertical lines, fanned lines, diagonals. You've got it all in this shot.

Nice shot! I always find it sad to see the boats all gone.

That is another great photo.

I agree, like the lines. When I first saw the picture my question was "where's the ice?", glad you explained that.

I suppose all the boats are high and dry by now. Has the water turned to ice now? BTW, please stop with the Canadian weather already! Sheesh! Your cold front dropped our temps to 37 F this morning. How can I play golf in that kind of weather????

I agree...I love seeing lines in a photo. But most of all I love these docks. My favorite dock of all times are the ones in San Fran with the sea lions sitting on them♥
Happy new years.

Woda, w której są odbicia, ma śliczny kolor. Pozdrawiam.
The water in which they are reflected, is pretty color. Yours.

Very nicely done. I like pictures of empty docks as well. There are a lot of them around where I live this time of the year. Thanks for sharing.
