Ant Out For a Walk

Ant on trumpet creeper

I took this photo last August while I was waiting for a hummingbird to come by.  The hummingbird turned out to be a no-show so the ant became a hero.

Who but you would get a close-up of an ant on a walk? Lovely photo. Where's the uncle, though?

Great close-up photograph!
Pretty color too.

Sometimes we have to take what we can get. It made a nice picture, even without the elusive hummingbird.

That's a terrific macro! I am planting trumpet vines in the yard this year. Hoping to lure in some hummers and orioles!

They are stong little bugs.

The tiny ant became your hero of the day because you we're clever enough to turn adversity into triumph. Love those all's well that ends well sort of days ;)

Great shot! It's kind of sad though when I'm so tired of the cold that I'm happy to see an ant.
