WOW!! Beautiful capture..looks like kitten fur!
That's a really great shot. They look so soft and furry.
Wow! and the background is fantastic also. :D
I love pussy willows but they are sooo hard to come by here these days. Lovely macro.

Aw...when a kid I used to take these things and rub them across my cheek because I loved the feel of them.
Gorgeous photo!
Glad you were willing to get your feet wet!
I had mine picked for me and took the picture after the fact! :-)
That's a nice macro shot!
Just love those pussy willows...don't see them in the wild as much as I used to, so thanks for sharing!
Oh wow! Stunning. I LOVE the background as well. How did you do that???
A sure sign of spring when the pussy willows are out.... but this morning.... SNOW! I think the real spring has gone into hiding.
Pussy Willows are always so attractive! They mean real spring!
Your photo is a magnificent macro!
Thanks for your visit and comment. Have a great week.
Beautiful EG! I've never seen them so white.

I love pussy willows, they always say SPRING!
Oh my goodness---the detail on the Pussywillow is wonderful. Super shot. MB
Great choice for Macro Monday.. Love it, EG...
Have a great day.
Let's hope for no damage here the next couple of days due to the upcoming freeze.
Hugs,
Betsy
I love Pussy Willows but I don't think I've ever seen one up that close - even in person.
You are getting really good with that camera of yours!
Darla
I have only seen pictures of Eastern Skunk Cabbage---yes they are different. I will be awaiting the pics. MB
Nice photo. I like the closeup. We got snow today and more tomorrow. Spring is on hold.
I know a little pussy
his coat is silver gray
he lives down by the river
not very far away
although he is a pussy
he'll never be a cat
for he's a pussy willow
now what do you think of that?
meow, meow, meow--SCAT!
I used to sing this to my kids every time we saw a pussy willow, great picture
Totally stunning! Takes your breath away.
That's a neat picture.
Great shot, i love Pussy Willows
In Singapore and malaysia, they import Puss willow for Chinese New Year Decoration. It is usually in January and February. I didn't know they bloom so early.
As for Jean Batten, it was amazing for a woman at her time. I have never flown even as a passenger in a small plane. The smallest plane I flew was Fokker Friendship in Borneo. When I went to canada, I flew in a 747. Thanks for visiting my site.
Cheers,
Ann
Nice, we cant grow them here..so it gets imported from China during Chinese new year...
Beautiful photo of pussy willow. We don't seem to have any around here.
I also love the cyclamen starting to poke its head above ground. Spring is on the way!
I came by looking for Ruby Tuesday, but am glad I found your lovely nature photos.
What a beautiful macro. I'm sorry you got your feet wet, but am glad you got the picture.
I was thinking it looked more like rabbits' feet. But it's fantastic no matter what.
stunning macro, it took my breath!
