This is so pretty it almost makes me wish I lived in the north again.

The operative word in that sentence is "almost"!

Re: Starbucks - they don't seem to have any particular architectural style here...some are similar, but there are many different styles. And, in a place like The Villages, which strictly controls all construction, a company would have to follow the guidelines or take a hike.
