Water Like Glass/ Weekend Reflections

Fisher on Cook's Bay, Keswick, Ontario

I'm not sure if the fish were biting, but this hopeful fisher was waiting patiently fairly close to shore.

Awesome reflective shot. I hope the fisherperson caught a fish or two.

I have to say about your sky photo--Yes I am a sunset chaser too. MB

What a big old wonderful tree and reflection. If fish always bit, it wouldn't be called fishing, it would be called catching.

I'd love to be sitting in one of those chairs!
Perfect title for the mirror reflection.

That's such a beautiful scene. I enjoy reflection shots so much. Not sure why I never get it together to participate in this theme because I take a lot of reflection shots and I enjoy the ones you and others post.

So absolutely still, EG. Wow!

You realise, of course, that no matter how gorgeous your reflection, it is the inclusion of the human that really MAKES this image. In my eye, at any rate.

Great reflection of that gorgeous tree, but that little boat on the side sure does command some attention! Nice shot.

My uncle, an avid fisherman says fishing gives patience. Sometimes, he doesn't mind if there no fish.

Great photo.

Looks like a lazy summer day. Very nice reflection shot.

So zen. I doubt the fisherman cares if he catches fish or not... just being at one with nature, letting go of the outcome. I love the warmth of your photos, EG.

I see an imaginary demarcation line that makes the reflection a mirror image.
