October Frost/ Macro Monday

Frost on rose leaves

I took this photo just as the sun shone on the leaves and just before the frost melted.

Beautiful. It's 3° C here right now so I bet there was a bit of frost out there earlier this morning too.

Frost makes great closeups and we have the same on mornings over here, a bit to early if you ask me

Omigod! Frost is here which means Frosty is not far behind. Beautiful shot, EG.

Re your comment about the Presbyterian church - yes, there's a big sign way out in the parking lot...

It's a PCA church (Presbyterian Church in America) which is a southern, very conservative group.

WOW! What a great macro shot. The glistening frost against the green leaves it out of this word....so beautiful. I cannot believe that you all are already this cold.

Oh, I do hate being reminded that the cold weather is soon upon us. I heard that it will be in the 30s tonight. We will probably get frost in Connecticut tonight or in a few days.
