I love the white and the look of movement on the water.
I'm trying to put myself in perspective to the camera eye. Please don't tell me you were standing in the water to get this photo!!
Kathy,
Good news! I was standing on a bridge. :))
This scene looks so much like the winter here. Our creek isn't quite frozen yet either. So cool for a reflection.
Have a great week-end EG.
B.
All of your snow pictures are like winter wonderlands.
Darla
Lovely photo - and excellent reflections. Thanks for this.
All the best, Boonie
Stunning capture EG, I think this scenery is something very special and wow it's cold there!
Stay warm,
Léia
Isn't winter sometimes so beautiful? I felt that way as I walked out early this morning in our new snow.
Thanks for a great homage to winter and water!
Great winter reflection and frozen scenery!
A gorgeous winter scene! Happy weekend.
Cold, but very nice photo, what a nice sight.
Happy weekend, Tina!!
Very lovely!
This is a great time of year for wintry water reflections, plus snow. I love the winding stream in this shot.
What an exquisite capture -- as always!! Glad you had a bridge to stand on! I, too, love the feeling of the movement on the water! Superb!
Enjoy your weekend!
Sylvia
And it all disappears around the bend - nice composition.
I love scenes like this. Great capture.
I like the reflections in the water!
A perfect winter scene.
It would make a marvellous New Year postcard!
Oh it's like a Christmas card scene, EG. What a beautiful photo. I, too, love the movement on the water. Have a great weekend. (I think you should wrap up under those conditions, LOL!) Greetings from Jo
Very picturesque scene. Have a great weekend!
love the snowflocked trees and the meandering stream. Nice capture.
Fabulous reflection.
Very pretty, EG. It still looks too cold for me.
Long as it's snow, I love it. . . old snow, new snow! BTW, we are to get snow on my birthday the weatherman said-- this coming Wednesday! I am so excited!!!!!! I hope they are right about the prediction.
Though cold but the scenery is great. Happy weekend!
Weekend Reflection
Brrr it certainly looks cold. I like the hints of brown in there :-)
The snow, and the reflection in the water, is beautiful. Thanks for a wonderful wintry scene.
Beautiful winter picture.
Looks like an image for the perfect holiday card. Lovely.
I love the way the snow is reflected in the icy water. Beautiful shot.
A beautiful composition - it has got everything!
How beautiful!
What a gorgeous shot! Love the reflection of snow!
Have a great weekend!
I like the reflection but the tree and the curve in the creek make the photo. Good job!!! Boom & Gary.
Great reflections and beautiful scenery!
Seems to be cold too! Brrr!

Have a happy weekend****
This shot is just tooooo dreamy. It’s beautiful. Hopefully, we will get some scenes like this one here in VA, before too much longer. This is definitely a magical photograph.
Very pretty.
Could we possible live in more different climates, EG? :-D Lovely winter image.
Lovely shot - the snow clinging to the plants and the water running in the creek.
From a bridge over icy waters! Such a glorious winter scene! Too cold for me but it is pretty!
Wow, what a beautiful scene. Great reflection.
I think I'll hold off on jumping in the water, however.
What a pretty pretty shot! Dreamy.
We had snow yesterday and again today, so it's not (not a lot, only a couple of inches).
I love scenes like this with snow on the evergreens!
So many wonderful outdoor winter scenes make me want to get out there and explore. Not today, though. Edmonton has a heavy snowfall warning and it's been snowing since yesterday. Some rooftops look as if they have three feet of snow on top. (Not from this weekend, mind you. It's accumulative). Hope you're warm. Have a wonderful weekend.
Looks cold.
Really like this one, too!
