CHIPMUNK helping itself to birdseed

Er....excuse me! Are you trying to distract me from grabbing a tasty snack?

Face inside the feeder

Really, I think this CHIPMUNK would climb inside this feeder if only it could squeeze through the hole.

Cheeks filled, the CHIPPY makes its escape

I am linking to Jenny Matlock at Alphabe-Thursday HERE

Doesn't he understand it is birdseed.

At least it wasn't going after food while a bird came that may have changed the pictorial a wee bit

Ya know, I hate it when the squirrels come around...they ruin my feeders, but this little guy is so cute. Is he more gentle than the squirrels?

He is cute! And you captured this cheeky one so well! Funny that with his cheeks so full, that he didnt get stuck in there!

Blessings & Aloha!

He sure is a cute and clever bugger! It's the grey squirrels who really clean out the bird feeders!

Adorable! I miss chipmunks. I've never seen one here where I live in Texas, but we had them when I was growing up in NJ. Thanks for the memories.

Great photographs ... but those little stinkers are not friends in my yard! I have a big dog who spends hours chasing them! Thanks for sharing.

Awwww...a CHICKmunk! That's what my Granddaughter calls them...and it always makes me smile! I have a vision in my head of a fluffy little chick dressed in monks clothes.

But your images are just as sweet!

Thanks for the smile and the fun stop this week.

And thank you for linking.

Little rascals they are! Just as bad as our Florida squirrels. I don't think I've ever seen a chipmunk here!

How sweet. All of God's creatures need to eat! Fat little cheeks. You must have a good lens on that camera too!~Ames

Terrific photos but ever since chipmunks methodically went down my row of potatoes and took a bite out of each one, there has been no love lost...I would image most gardeners share this feeling :o)

very sweet photo! I believe we have a resident chipmunk in our midst. One of these days will capture him with my lens.
