FIRE engine on the side post of a bench, Seaforth, Ontario

Can you hear the siren blaring? NO?! I can... but perhaps that's because I'm just a kid at heart.  This fire engine is part of a public bench on a main street in Seaforth and I just had to take a photo.

 Longer view of bench

I guess no one wants to sit on that snow-coved bench. Go FIGURE.

I am linking to Jenny Matlock at Alphabe-Thursday HERE

I would have taken the photo too. What a lot of work to carve that.

Is it actually a part of the bench or separately attached. Pretty cute.

This is so very cute! You need to submit it to A Bunch of Benches. :)

Adorable! My kids would have loved to have climbed atop that fire engine - snow or no snow!

I can hear that siren, EG. ;-)

SNOW!!! I happen to be one of those crazies that welcomes the arrival of snow. I don't understand how my friends and coworkers can choose to stay here (near Chicago) and not like the snow.

All things in their season, that's what I say.

I like that fire truck! The bench would be perfect for the summer to sit a while.

A wonderful piece of public art. I'm surprised and pleased that no one has tried to knock it off or otherwise ruin it.

What do ya call all that white stuff?

This is so cool! Without snow my three year old would sit on the bench and take in the truck for hours.

Are the temperatures frigid? Is it fun to shoot fotos in the snowy weather? Firetrucks are great! I enjoyed your post today!
