Door #6 - Streets Alive!

 Sidewalk side

This door by Anne Chisolm has a nautical theme, which makes a lot of sense since Orillia is situated on the narrow channel between Lake Simcoe and Lake Couchiching. Yep, this is another door in the Streets Alive - Downtown Doors series that I've been posting about for a while.

Boats in the harbour and their reflections

I'm a big fan of reflections!

Great idea. My neighbour has an old door in her garage, I'll tell her to paint it up as street art!

Oh I love this! I found a really pretty glass door whilst on holiday in Devon and it had boats and fish all over the front of it, it's so pretty. I love it when you can see creative things like this! - Tasha

I like the 'impressionist' side and even more the other. I am not sure what does it means... The flags say: AK C2 PR IS T(answer).

I do love the doors and your captures of them are the next best thing to seeing them there myself!! Thanks so much, as always, for sharing the fun and the beauty! Hope your week is off to a great start! Enjoy - camera in hand, of course!!

I like the images on the door of the first photo.
I couldn't resist! I drove into town today from the cottage to use wifi to check email, FB, and my photo blog. Guess I cannot exist without technology; a bit disappointed in myself.

Well, these are interesting and fun! We have horses, you have doors. We can ride, but you can get in! :)

Thanks for your kind notes! Hope all is well.

Those are 2 very different sides to that door, EG! I like the boats & their reflection.
I saw a flock of 40 to 50 robins this morning diving around in my parents' backyard! It was incredible - I guess that means that fall is coming!
