Actually it looks like quite a nice day that day. The ice looks cold and maybe the air was too but, the lack of snow makes it look quite deceivingly mild to me. :)
since i am sitting here in a house that is 68 inside and 50 outside and freezing to death, i would be the one to say it looks so cold... colder than I am.. i am frightened my eyes are going. in my feedly list at a glance your title said blond head lice.
I am happy to say the El Nino is keeping it much warmer than usual for this time of the year here in northern California. You'll get no whining from me.
Oh, cold indeed!!! Great shot as always!! It's still gray and raining here, all day, every day for longer than I want to think about -- even for here in the northwest! I just hope I don't start to "mold"!! Hope your week is going well!!
well, you Canadian do temps differently than we USA-ians ... why? i have never figured it out? why can't we all get together & use the same temps, measurements, etc. it would make it easier for us all. at least to me. ha. ha!! i would say pretty darn cold. you stay warm. get your favorite warm drink & get a book & relax a while. I much prefer the sun that I am enjoying now rather than the lovely, but COLD scene you have posted!

I like the patterns made by the freezing water.
I am absolutely sure it was very, very cold!
It is a lovely image but "it looks so cold!" lol.
Experience with Canadian winters tells me it's cold, but that ice looks like it's only been relatively recently forming.

It looks so cold. But I say that anytime I see ice and snow and dead grass! :) I like the patterns in the ice very much.
Well, the bare trees, the grey sky and the ice of course !!! That's why it looks so cold ;-)
it was flipping nippy cold today wasn't it?
It doesn't look cold enough to walk out on that ice. The sun looks warm.

I like the sinuous patterns in the ice, and the shades of blue showing through. Yes, it definitely looks wintry!

Uma bela fotografia invernal.
Um abraço.
That wonderful title suits your fine photos
Gorgeous but oh, so cold looking. I don’t think anyone will be sitting in that gazebo today. Still it is a beautiful sight.
That gives me a chill just looking at it!
