The barn needs some TLC. What gives with the topless silos? They are becoming a common sight.
The business has clearly seen better days, but it makes a nice picture anyway.

the small shed makes me think of a manger scene.
That's a huge complex. I always wonder what happened that the place has gone to seed. Maybe they've sold out and moved on?

What a heart breaker for those that love barns so much and do not want them to fall into disrepair. I agree with you that in days past it was certainly used. That style of curved roof is one of my favorites. I think it adds so much to the overall appearance of the structure. It looks like it has seen its day and is now headed for the happy hunting ground for old and forgotten barns. The snow is gorgeous.

One wonders how many more winters the barn will see before the inevitable collapse.
It's sad to see barns falling into disrepair, although I can certainly understand how it happens!

These barns have some character unfortunately they need some tending to.
Parts of that building are in dire need of repair.
Too bad that the building is falling apart.

What a big barn it has been...I am to the point that I am happy if they use the metal siding and save them.
