I think you need to get on a plane and join me at this beach resort, EG. I'm sweating in this tiny internet bar! But it cools me to see your wonderful winter scene. LOL.

Very pretty, EG. But my teeth are chattering just thinking about how cold it must be.

Beautiful shot, EG you could use it for a Christmas card. Have a great week. Greetings from Jo

Funny, but after this week-end blizzard, I'm not so enamoured of winter snow scenes, altho I think your post is terrific!

it just needs a plume of smoke rising form the wood burning stove's chimney!

It is kinda camouflaged in the woods... Hope it is cozy and warm inside, would be good to enjoy a fondue and break a bottle of wine... :)
God bless you!

I like it. It would be fun to have a cottage by a lake---well in summer anyway. MB

Well the sun only broke through for a few moments and it has been raining ever since. the Pineapple Express they call it. Warm winds from Hawaii blowing across the Pacific Ocean bringing tons of rain. Already landslides and one Mountain pass closed. I want my spot of sun back and that was last Friday. The skies are weeping. MB

That would be very beautiful in the summer. Do you think it is inhabited year-round?
