Kayaks for sale at the Paddle Shack, Gravenhurst, Ontario

If you drive through Gravenhurst on Highway 11, you can't miss these kayaks (and many more) tempting lovers of the outdoors. Gravenhurst is in Toronto's cottage country, an area rich in rivers and lakes.

I am linking to Jenny Matlock at Alphabe-Thursday HERE

My darling wife would love to get me in a kayak. But that probably will not happen. I mean, what if I tipped over? The camera might get wet!!! Sheesh!

I would guess these examples of a paddling boat will not be used for a few months in the north country. Right?

I kayaked once in Maine. It was a great way to explore the coastline.

We see a lot of kayaks on the rivers here in the mountains. This is a wonderful picture of some very colorful kayaks.

I love the colors of the kayak! I'm not a big outdoorsy type but I've always wanted to try my hand at kayaking :)

What a great photo! My family loves to kayak but don't get me near any rapids...I have a tendency to tip!

Love those colors! My husband would love Santa to leave one under the tree :-)

Love the colours especially when it is so grey now!

Love the bright colors in this picture since everything is pretty gray where I'm at right now!

Kayaking is one of my very favorite things to do...

Hmmmm...maybe I need a bright new red kayak for Christmas?

Great picture! It really makes you feel happy to see the kayaks stacked like that!

Those colors look like fun. I could see myself owning one of those.

I plan to be able to kayak into work next year.

A very nice pic, I always love bright colored things put together.

My son could handle one of these with ease, but I think I'd need a longer kayak with a rudder. Last time I paddled a kayak this short, I spent half of the time pointing backwards!

My nephew bought inflatable kayaks for his family. He says they are really cool!

What a neat, happy picture you shared with us on our little journey through Alphabe-Thursday's letter "K".

I never thought of kayaks...even though I've been entranced with the idea of them for years!

Thanks for a wonderful link this week.
