Virginia Beach/ Weekend Reflections

Wonky reflection of pier at Virginia Beach, Ontario

I LOVE reflections in moving water and boats entering and leaving the harbour were making gentle ripples as I waited for the ferry to return from Georgina Island.

I'm lovin' the "wonky part" and the colors are nice. I've always liked brown and blue together.

Nice reflection. The water is so clear, even if it's moving. Makes me wish I had done some "beaching" this year.

I've never been over to georgina Island even though I lived near Sutton for about 5 years!

This is a cool one. I love how the top of the pier is distorted in the bottom of the photo.

Another one to add to your blue-yellow collection.
P.S. I used a GIF animation site (gickr.com) to make the Flamethrower animated photo. Have a great weekend!

I like the perspective here, and the distorsions. Only water can make such iron dancing!

so very liquid looking, looks wet to the touch on my screen. love all the squiggles and the way the light is painting the water different shades.

Så vackra speglingar i vattnet. Likar en fjäril i nedekanten. Ha en trevlig helg. Anita

I just love this one, EG... I specially enjoy the light on it, and the shine it brings to the rest of the picture... I feel Dazzled, just like if I was there taking the picture.

I have to tell you I wasn't really housekeeping, that was mostly artistic license. I wish I could stick to your kind of artistic truth.

It's like a reflection in ripple glass.

This is more fun than a still reflection, especially that yellow bit of the railing.
