 Braying donkey

Someone excited this donkey and...

Stopped inches from the electric fence

I'm afraid it was ME!  Maybe he was warning me about the electric fence???
I am linking to Saturday Critters HERE.

Hello EG, the donkey could be warning you about the electric fence. Have a beautiful Saturday!

The donkey is camera shy. At least you found out that the fence is there to protect the humans on the outside. ;)

These are curious critters, but you can't trust them not to nip you! The first time I heard one braying, I was taken aback. That's a terrible sound! :)

I've been told dozens of times, that they're considerate that way.

It is sure a cutie. I hate getting into an electric fence! Haven't did that since I left home and hope to never do it again.

They're such characters. I remember the farmer whose field was at the back of our property had a couple of them in with the herd of cows, so if they were in that section of the farm, they'd come up to the fence, particularly if a dog were outside, and just stare at the dog. The dog seemed to despise them.

They do get angry occasionally!
