Private Pond in Autumn

Reflection in private Uxbridge pond

This pond is fun to watch and photograph throughout the four seasons.  Sadly there are signs warning people to not trespass...so I take photos from the road.

You have created such a peaceful scene! No signs of a road or a no trespassing sign. Just nature in all her glory!

I guess it is partly an insurance sort of thing, but people's reluctance to share a small piece of their cast tracks bothers me a little.

This looks like a beautiful tranquil place - shame you aren't allowed to hang out there.

You photograph the four seasons beautifully and certainly make the most of what nature offers you. This photo is special.

Imagine having such a beautiful pond for yourself! I would keep thousands of Koi Fish there! :-)

Do you grow weary of the 'no trespassing' signs? I sure do...so many places, like this, makes me want to ramble. This place/pond is just so beautiful...and deserves complete exploration!

I can understand them wanting to control access - there are so many foolish people around who might not respect the beauty of this place. It's lovely, EG!

A beautiful scenery with an amazing reflection!

I always wanted to do something like that. Pick a spot/landscape that I want to photograph thru out the four seasons, except that this is California and there's very little differences from season to season.

It's a very pretty spot. The water even looks inviting despite the known chill of the season. Lovely shot.

Perfect shot!

It's beautiful! I understand the no trespassing sign. I have a pond a bit larger than this one (although the setting is not as pretty) and I wouldn't want outsiders tromping around it. Liability problems galore!

The road still offers a great angle for this wonderful shot. Beautiful reflections.

At least people can see the pond from the road and it is so beautiful in the autumn. Have a wonderful weekend.

Such a pretty place. We have a pond on our property and wouldn't like people to ramble all over. The neighbors also have a pond and it is sort of hidden and one day they found some people camping there. So sometimes one needs signs.

lol, so, you too have a few places you watch through out the year. I love that and this little pond.

Beautiful pond, but I can understand the owners wanting to keep it safe and pristine.
