Scavenger Hunt

 a. When I grow up...

When I grow up I hope I have as great a sense of humour as Audrey who will be 85 in a few more days.  Here she is wearing a HUGE medallion, which honours her many years as an active member of her garden club. A few years ago she received a service pin for her 40-year-contributions to the group!

 b. Pattern

 c. Festive

 d. Triangle (four of them, actually)

This is part of the tower on the old firehouse in Orangeville.
e. Fancy

Yep, fancy but needing some repair!

I am linking to Ashley Sisk's Scavenger Hunt HERE

Great scavenger hunt, EG! I usually don't like Xmas decorations but I do like that tree in your "Festive" shot.

I love the festive tree. I'm collecting all sorts of trees for the mantle display this year. Well done Audrey for your wonderful contributions to the garden club.

I love that little balcony! I like what you have for Festive a lot, too. And I have never seen trim quite like that. As for the medallion, how fun. But it would break my neck! I would have to wear it as a belt buckle.

I like the festive shot best. Perhaps because I need a bit of festivity at the moment. Tha medallion is enormous!

Is it just me or did architecture used to be a lot more fancy?

Most of the people I know in their 80's have a great sense of humour and take things in stride.

Huge is almost an understatement for the medallion Audrey is wearing. It is precious. And I really like the pattern on the second shot. Very appealing to my eye. A nice series.

Fun! You've got lots of triangles in this series..in fact, in every shot. You knew that, didn't you?

I got the same impression with Kay; many triangles including letter A and the white festive tree throughout your hunt. Wonderful shots as always.

A scavenger hunt must take some thinking but your photo's fit the clues so well. Audrey must be an interesting woman.
