Church Steps

Shadows that remind me of Roman numerals - sort of

I  liked the shadows on the left side of the steps and then noticed...

What's that shadowy arrow on the cement pointing to?

points (arrows?) on the right side of each step perhaps suggesting that viewers climb the stairs. (No, I didn't. The church was closed.)

I am linking to Shadow Shot Sunday 2 HERE.

Love the shadows and the way the bricks look in that light.

Great captures and a keen eye to spot these in the first place.

You have such an eye.

I love all the lines in the first shot including the brick. Lots of things going on in that shot.

Love those "Roman numerals", especially the fact that I don't have to figure out what they represent; I always feel impelled to do that when I see the real thing.

They do, in that first shot, look like Roman numerals. I dunno what the shadowy arrow is pointing to...Next time if the front door is closed, try a side door.
