Sun and Fog

Lake Scugog

The sun was just breaking trough the fog so it was still a bit hazy.

Good spot for reflections. There was a time in the past when all of that water would have been frozen solid by now.

Autumn is the time for misty mornings, and catching the sun breaking through is the best - like this one.

The haze is nice here.

That is a very attractive setting, the house on the lake through the fog.

The contrast between daytime and nighttime temps here are producing some fog, too.

Lake Scugog
Was drenched in the fog
I couldn't see as far
As my knee so
I fell on my arse
When I tripped on a log.
